Granny's Easy Chili

1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
3 cans red kidney beans
1 small can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

Saute the onion and green bell pepper in a skillet until softened. Put all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Cook in slow cooker on high for 4 hours.
